Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This SLA is provided by Mayfair Chauffeur Services, ensuring the highest level of service quality and compliance with Private Hire regulations. 


1. Licensing and Compliance:
All vehicles in the fleet, including the latest Range Rover, BMW i7, and Mercedes-Benz V-Class, are PCO compliant, and all chauffeurs are PCO licensed. 

2. Insurance:
The company maintains comprehensive public liability insurance to protect clients and third parties against any unforeseen incidents. 

3. Chauffeur Standards:
Chauffeurs are professionally trained to high standards in customer service and defensive driving to ensure passenger safety and comfort. 

4. Vehicle Maintenance: Vehicles are regularly serviced, thoroughly cleaned, and audited to meet stringent quality and safety standards.  

5. Client Confidentiality:
We uphold the strictest confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.

6. Service Delivery:
We commit to punctuality, excellence in service, and availability of in-vehicle amenities as per client requests.

7. Feedback and Resolution:
A structured process is in place for addressing client feedback and complaints promptly. This SLA forms part of the contractual agreement between Mayfair Chauffeur Services and its clients, assuring exemplary service and client satisfaction.
